Bag Develop My Business står Carsten Hansen, som i mere end 30 år har været beskæftiget i en række IT og Teknologivirksomheder, hvor han enten som ansat eller på konsulentbasis har beskæftiget sig med Softwareudvikling, Product Management, Internationalisering, Forretningsudvikling og Salg.
Hans baggrund er en datalogisk kandidatuddannelse fra Aarhus Universitet som er suppleret med en lang række kurser indenfor udvikling, salg, strategi og ledelse og han har bl.a. Diploma In Business Excellence fra CBS Executive og Columbia Business School.
